| My name is Tim Kallok. Currently, I am studying Animation at California College of the Arts [and Crafts]. Character Animation has been my passion for as long as I could remember. When I found out I could actually make a living as an animator, I made it my personal goal to learn as much as I could about the craft. I look up to Walt Disney and his Nine Old Men, Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston in particular. During their time, they took animation from being a novelty to a true art form. If it weren’t for them, animation and entertainment in general, would not be what it is today. Besides animation, I enjoy painting and sketching, dabbling in computer graphics, playing guitar, watching movies, listening to music, playing pool, table tennis, video games, riding my bike, traveling, cooking and reading. |
